Products where shelf units have reached zero. These items cannot be purchased. Use the Export buttons to share this list with your team for restocking.
Items still available but running thin. Threshold is 10 units for high-velocity items (★ sold >20 units in 60 days) and 5 units for slower movers. Remaining = shelf units minus committed (awaiting pick).
Items committed to submitted orders that are awaiting picking. Inventory is locked and unavailable to other customers. The customer is not yet charged — charge occurs when picking is completed. Committed units are released back to inventory only if the order is cancelled or not picked up within 48 hours.

Flags: ▲▼ Swing = retail changed ≥10% from the prior period; 🟠 Long Sale = product is marked on-sale with no scheduled end date and has been running for more than 14 days; 🕐 Stale = price has not changed in more than 90 days regardless of sale status — useful for catching overlooked products that may need a price review.
The banner shows filter buttons for Long Sale and Stale items — click to narrow the table to only flagged products. Both filters can be active at once. Export XLSX downloads a flat file with one row per price-change record.
