JackBe Analytics — Inventory Report

ⓘ Page Guide — How to use this view

Out of Stock

Products where shelf units have reached zero. These items cannot be purchased. Use the Export buttons to share this list with your team for restocking.

Low Stock

Items still available but running thin. Threshold is 10 units for high-velocity items (★ sold >20 units in 60 days) and 5 units for slower movers. Remaining = shelf units minus committed (awaiting pick).

In Orders

Items committed to submitted orders that are awaiting picking. Inventory is locked and unavailable to other customers. The customer is not yet charged — charge occurs when picking is completed. Committed units are released back to inventory only if the order is cancelled or not picked up within 48 hours.

At Risk

Predictive view. Based on the last 60 days of sales velocity, these items are projected to sell out within 14 days. Days Left is color-coded: orange ≤ 14d, red ≤ 7d.

Cart Impact

Shows which OOS products appear in abandoned carts and how many unique customers are affected. Retained = customer placed a new order after abandoning. At Risk = customer has not returned. Prioritize restocking the highest At Risk count first.

📅 History

A daily snapshot of which items were out of stock each day, recorded automatically every hour. Builds up over time — up to 90 days of history is retained.

📺 Price Book

Full product pricing table pulled from the database. Columns: Date (last price update), JBID, Description, AWG Code (OrderGrid OG code), SKU, U/Cost, Retail, Margin % (color-coded: green ≥30% / orange ≥20% / red <20%), Case Cost, and Last Purchased. Header shows total active products, how many have pricing data, and how many are missing unit cost. Export XLSX includes all visible columns.

📈 Pricing

Price change history for each active product over the last 12 months, sourced from the product_prices table. Only shows records where the price actually changed. Columns: JBID, Description, SKU, Price Type (e.g. 1 - Retail, 2 - TPR), Effective date, Retail, U/Cost, Margin %, Δ vs Prior, # Changes. Click any row to expand the full price history timeline inline.

Flags: ▲▼ Swing = retail changed ≥10% from the prior period; 🟠 Long Sale = product is marked on-sale with no scheduled end date and has been running for more than 14 days; 🕐 Stale = price has not changed in more than 90 days regardless of sale status — useful for catching overlooked products that may need a price review.

The banner shows filter buttons for Long Sale and Stale items — click to narrow the table to only flagged products. Both filters can be active at once. Export XLSX downloads a flat file with one row per price-change record.

📊 Columns

JackBe ID — internal product variant ID.
OrderGrid ID — OG inventory code (e.g. OG000321591).
Sold (60d) — units sold in the last 60 days (velocity proxy).
Remaining — shelf units minus committed (= Available for Purchase).
In Orders — units locked to submitted orders awaiting picking (charged at pick completion).
🛒 Live Carts — units in active, unsubmitted carts in the last 6 hours. High values on low-stock items signal imminent OOS risk.
Click any column header to sort ▲▼.

Exports: Use Export XLSX to download the active tab as a spreadsheet. Use Export PDF to print or save a formatted report. Both reflect your current tab and sort order.  |  Search: Filters across product name, brand, and SKU in real time.  |  Data refreshes automatically every hour via the scheduled Lambda job.
